Moving our soda bottling line to larger crates - anyone used these before?

We're a small craft soda company in RAK and we've outgrown our current 12-bottle crates, they just don't stack efficiently on our pallets and we're losing a lot of vertical space in the warehouse. I'm looking at moving to a 24 or 30 bottle system but I want to see the options in person before committing because I've ordered wrong sizes online before and it was a nightmare. A friend sent me a link to  www.crateco.ae/productlist/bottle-crates  and it looks like they have a good range but I'm wondering if anyone here has actually bought from them and can tell me about the quality? Specifically I need crates that can handle repeated trips through our washing machine because we sanitize everything before refilling, and some plastics get cloudy or warped after a few cycles. Also do the dividers come out or are they fixed? We run three different bottle shapes so flexibility would be nice. I could drive down to their showroom but it's a couple hours and I'd rather hear real feedback first if anyone has experience with these industrial crates. Thanks in advance.
